Eidul Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice, holds a special place in the hearts of Muslims worldwide. It falls on the 10th day of the month of Dhul Hijah and is marked by the act of Qurbani, where Muslims slaughter animals like goats, sheep, cattle, and camels as an act of obedience and devotion to Allah. The meat from these sacrifices is traditionally divided into three parts: one-third is given to the needy, one-third to friends and relatives, and one-third is retained for the household.
At Make A Smile, we recognize the significance of this act of giving and the importance of ensuring that underprivileged Muslims can also partake in the joy and blessings of Eidul Adha. Therefore, this year, we are embarking on a special project dedicated to supplying high-quality meat to those who are less fortunate across Kenya.
Our mission is to uphold the spirit of generosity and sharing that lies at the heart of this sacred occasion. Through this project, we aim to bring smiles to the faces of underprivileged families, allowing them to celebrate Eid with the same warmth and abundance as others.
We invite you to join us in this noble endeavor, where your support and contributions will play a crucial role in making Eidul Adha a truly joyous and inclusive celebration for all. Let us come together to share the blessings of this special day and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Together, we can truly Make A Smile.
Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved and contribute to this meaningful project. Eid Mubarak!
